- The *SNL* star shared he is more "approachable" than his wife, who people fan over constantly.

- Jost added that he can "commiserate" with Kelce over their "less famous" status.

Colin Jost and Travis Kelce know their respective partners, Scarlett Johansson and Taylor Swift, are way more popular than them.

During an appearance on Travis and his brother Jason Kelce's *New Heights* podcast on Wednesday, Jost, 43, and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 36, bonded over being on the arms of some very famous women.

"How nice is it to be the less famous person in the relationship?" Travis cheekily asked Jost, who responded, "Huge relief. Really."

The men laughed before Jost added, "It's really funny because I feel like ... I'm probably almost approached more because she's less approachable. So, you know what I mean? Because I'm on TV, I have like a lesser ... people are just like, I'm in their living room, so they're just like, 'Hey what's up man, how's it going?'"

Jason, 38, joined in on the laughter as Jost continued to explain that people consistently fan over Johansson.

"She's actually almost like so famous that they don't believe it a lot of times," he said of passerby. "We've been traveling and we've been standing at the passport check and the person's looking at her passport and he'll be like, 'Has anyone ever told you you look like Scarlet Johansson?' Genuinely. Like, genuinely asking and not realizing, even though he's looking at her, because he's like, it would be weirder if it was her. And just give it back to her and not think ... It's a really kind of awesome."

Travis shouted out "the plus ones out there" as Jost continued to admire his wife's notoriety.

"The other thing I noticed too is that if we're ever ordering food, you know the order is not going to be right," Jost joked. "Because if we like go to like go buy a sandwich or something, she'll order and the person will recognize her and then doesn't write down anything about the sandwich. Completely distracted, all the ingredients are wrong. We'll open the sandwich and nothing is [right]. It's really funny. It's like bread and just, like, a pickle."

Jost added that he feels like he and Travis can "commiserate" over their experiences, with Travis noting, 'I'm on the team. I'm here for it."

The *Saturday Night Live *comedian did say that the hardest part of being married to Johansson, 41, is having to leave any relationship woes out of his stand-up routines.

"I would have jokes about either somewhat the idea of dating or the idea of marriage or what that is," he said. "I can't be like, 'She's nagging me about this!' Everyone's like, shut the f--- up.' It's really, it eliminated that part of stand-up."

Jost has been with Johansson since 2017. They got married in 2020 and welcomed son, Cosmo, in August 2021. Johansson also has a daughter, Rose, 11, from her previous marriage to Romain Dauriac.

Travis is engaged to Swift, 36, after the pair met and started dating in the summer of 2023. He has admitted that the paparazzi attention has been the craziest part about their relationship.

"That's the only thing I didn't really grasp until you're in it," he previously told the *Bussin' With The Boys* podcast, adding that they try to just "enjoy life and have fun" as any normal couple would.

The NFL player added to *GQ**** ***In 2025, "Whenever I’m with her, it feels like we’re just regular people. When there is not a camera on us, we’re just two people that are in love."
