Seven weeks of the NFL season are complete, so you're likely about halfway through your fantasy football regular season. That means you still have plenty of ground to gain in your league with the right roster moves. Here are the wide receivers you should start and the ones you should sit in Week 8.

Start Em'

Tee Higgins, Cincinnati Bengals: Higgins has momentum in his corner after a 148-yard, one-touchdown reception performance last week. He'll face a Titans defense allowing over 33 fantasy points per game to wide receivers.

Parker Washington, Jacksonville Jaguars: Washington has performed consistently this season, scoring double-digit fantasy points in five of his six outings so far. This week, he'll face a Colts team that is reeling from three straight losses.

Matthew Golden, Green Bay Packers: Golden has been a very reliable weapon this season, averaging 15.8 fantasy points per game. This week, he'll face a Panthers defense that has allowed 12-plus points to five receivers and is missing their top two cornerbacks.

Sit Em'

Ladd McConkey, Los Angeles Chargers: McConkey has averaged just 7.8 fantasy points per game this season and has struggled with injuries. This week, he faces a Rams defense that allows opposing wide receivers the fifth-fewest fantasy points per game.

A.J. Brown, New England Patriots: Since returning, Brown has caught 16 passes in two games but has averaged just 6.8 fantasy points per game. This week, he faces a Dolphins defense that held Garrett Wilson to just two receptions for 26 yards last week.

Xavier Worthy, Kansas City Chiefs: Worthy has posted performances with 25 or fewer receiving yards four times this season. This week, he'll face a Broncos defense that allows the sixth-fewest fantasy points to opposing wide receivers.
