Thank you, Trey McBride. The late window of Week 10 was looking bleak with two of the three games trending toward blowouts. All three matchups ended up being #notclose. Of course, with a blowout also comes fantasy football garbage-time glory! That was exactly what Cardinals TE Trey McBride brought us after his team fell behind big to the Seahawks on Sunday. McGronk would end up topping the Week 10 tight end scoreboard.

Let's recap him and other players who stepped up when it mattered the least on Sunday for fantasy football managers.

McBride keeps his hot streak going

Arizona went down 38-7 by halftime, and while things got somewhat interesting early in the second half, Seattle skated to an easy win. With one of the more positive game scripts to start the third quarter, McBride got plenty of work, catching nine passes on 13 targets for 127 yards and a touchdown. After scoring just twice last season, McBride is up to six scores on the season with plenty of time left. McBride's 23.2 fantasy points should have a good shot at topping the TE leaderboard overall for Week 10.

Would it be crazy to trade McBride at his peak? The Cardinals remaining schedule is as follows: the Niners, Jags, Bucs, Rams, Texans and Falcons. You'd be sacrificing McBride vs. the Bengals in Week 17, which could be a championship scenario for most. That idea sounds crazy but you have to get there first. McBride has to face some of the worst matchups for TEs from Weeks 13-16. If you need to shore up another position before the playoffs, McBride could fetch you depth or someone elite.

Rams tight ends feast in San Fran

This was the closest of the lopsided contests on Sunday afternoon. The Niners held in there until Matthew Stafford just became too much in the fourth quarter. He finished with at least four passing TDs for the third straight game, throwing for 280 yards and, yes, four TDs. Stafford has quietly strung together perhaps his most impressive stretch of football in his career at 37 years old. This resurgence has benefited not just top wide receivers Puka Nacua and Davante Adams, but also a crop of young (and one old) tight ends.

Colby Parkinson turned in a serviceable four catches on five targets for 41 yards and his first TD of the season. He should finish among the top-12 tight ends for Week 10. Davis Allen was the other TE to score for L.A. in the win, finishing with a pair of catches for eight yards. It wasn't much but it was better than we all expected. Even Tyler Higbee (3-33) and Terrance Ferguson (1-32) contributed. If you're schedule-watching, the Rams have decent matchups and environments that could benefit the pass. It's tough to tell which TE will finish first among the group in fantasy, but some value is there for a late-season add that could pay off.

When the Lions roll, so does Jahmyr Gibbs

Detroit improved to 6-3 on the season but the way this offense is performing, you'd think the Lions had the best team in the NFL. That's how life in the league can be sometimes. Last week, the Lions fell to the Vikings, but this week they turned in a no-doubter with a 44-22 win over the Commanders. Usually, when we expect an outcome to be one-sided in favor of Detroit, you're going to want a piece of the offense.

As if Jahmyr Gibbs wasn't doing well enough on Sunday, he paid back fantasy managers for his off game in Week 9. Gibbs had 4.3 fantasy points last week but had almost 9x that outcome against Washington with 18 touches for 172 total yards and three TDs. Despite a few duds, Gibbs has also turned in matchup-winning performances in two of the past three games. The Lions also have a favorable schedule coming up, which could boost managers into the postseason or into a higher seed.

Jameson Williams is starting to get hot, the other recipient of a garbage-time TD for Detroit in the win. He's turned in at least 14.6 fantasy points in three of four games, topping out at 20.9 against the Commanders on Sunday. He showed plenty of big-play ability. We should also mention that Dan Campbell took over play-calling on Sunday, which should mean we see more balls go to Williams in the future. Again, the schedule looks great for the Lions offense moving forward. Williams feels like a great buy before the deadline if you can swing a deal. Maybe he hasn't peaked quite yet.
