The airline announced new routes and increased capacity, confirming new flights from Birmingham and Bristol.
The announcement said up to 120,000 seats would be available, with as many as 15 flights per week.
Lee Madden, president of the Jersey Chamber of Commerce, said the expansion is a "strong vote of confidence in Jersey".
He said: "Jet2's significant expansion of activity for its summer 2027 programme is a strong vote of confidence in Jersey as a destination and its appeal within the UK leisure market.

The airline's plans will also see an extended travel season from Manchester, with these additions alongside existing services from East Midlands, Leeds Bradford and Newcastle.
Marcus Calvani, co-CEO of the Jersey Hospitality Association, added: "Increasing capacity and extending the season into late October is fantastic news for Jersey's hospitality sector.
"The additional flights and regional routes combined with Jet2's strong market reach will attract more visitors and encourage travel into the shoulder season."
