The Five's Jesse Watters made a point joke in an on-air squabble on the Wednesday broadcast, saying his Fox News co-host's podcast "wasn't popular enough" as it bears a similar name to his own book.
Watters took aim at The Five co-host Lisa Kennedy Montgomery, who is known for her KennedyNation, on the Wednesday, Sept. 23 broadcast, as he jokingly discussed how her Fox News podcast Kennedy Saves the World has a strikingly similar name to his 2021 book How I Saved the World.
After a discussion on the so-called "AI Arms Race" as President Donald Trump is expected to meet with Chinese President Xi Jinping, the panel of The Five broke out into a discussion about who came up with the wording of "saves the world" first.

"We got this. Everything's going to be fine. I trust the president. I don't think it's any sort of submissiveness. When he's actually just exhibiting some diplomatic skill," Watters concluded, as the topic of the pace of artificial intelligence development in the U.S. and China may be discussed during Trump and Xi's meeting in Washington D.C., on Wednesday evening.
Somehow the conversation of AI acceleration in the U.S. on The Five quickly turned into a debate over the title of Watters' book compared to Kennedy's Fox News podcast name.

"Let's go to the person who saves the world, who actually saves the world," The Five co-host Emily Compagno said with a nod to Kennedy's podcast title, Kennedy Saves the World.
"Get it?" Compagno jokingly asked.
