A deadly mystery unfolds overseas in the Czech Republic in the latest trailer for A Murder Between Friends, a new thriller that sees a close-knit group of friends discover that a getaway abroad quickly turns fatal, and permanently fractures their relationships

Jacob Young, best known for his work on All My Children and The Bold and the Beautiful and now serving as producer, co-director, and co-star shared the film's latest trailer on Instagram.

According to the film’s official synopsis, “When six friends vacation at the country estate of a legendary true crime TV star (Dame Joan Collins), the last thing they expect is to find one of their own murdered. Everyone is a suspect as they try to determine who among them would have the means, motive, and opportunity. As tensions grow, they enlist the aid of their celebrity sleuth hostess to uncover the truth before the killer can strike again.”

Speaking about the project in a statement, Young, shared his excitement about returning to acting after a lengthy hiatus. “I couldn't be more excited for audiences to finally experience this film. This project has been incredibly meaningful to me, not only as a producer and director, but also stepping in front of the camera after a long hiatus as an actor. Working side by side with executive producer and my dear friend Mark Rozzano was a true labor of love from start to finish. Working alongside my talented co-star and longtime friend Nadia Bjorlin of 25 years made the journey even more special."

A Murder Between Friendswas written and executive produced by Rozzano, and features an ensemble cast led by Dame Joan Collins. As previously mentioned the film also stars Jacob Young, Days of Our Lives star Nadia Bjorlin, EastEnders star Toby Alexander-Smith, The Producers star Jim Borstelmann, Czechfilm star Hana Vagnerová, Sharknado 5: Global Swarmingstar India Thain, and newcomer Espen Hatleskog.

Production on the film took place over two weeks on location at Úsobí Castle in the Czech Republic, providing an atmospheric backdrop for the film’s unfolding mystery.
