John Cusack's recent interview has generated a fierce response online, with some viewers focusing more on his appearance than the significant casting speculation he addressed.
The 60-year-old Hollywood star joined Josh Horowitz's Happy Sad Confused podcast, where the discussion centered on whether he'd been approached for the role of Walter White in Breaking Bad.
However, clips from the interview led fans toward an entirely different conversation about potential cosmetic procedures. This comes as John's sister Joan looked unrecognizable as she made a return to Hollywood after 11 years.

Multiple commenters quickly scrutinized the Hollywood actor's looks, suggesting the star had a "new face".
This comes as the actor launched a blistering critique of President Trump, instructing him to "go to hell" in a recent interview.
In the clip circulated on Instagram, John, recognized for movies such as Say Anything, High Fidelity, and Con Air, sits across from the host dressed in a black zip-up top, with a microphone placed before him.
Multiple commenters quickly scrutinized his appearance, claiming the actor had a "new face".
One viewer questioned, "Who is that ?" Another stated, "That lacquer job on the hair ain't fooling anybody."

John's recent podcast appearance follows his explanation for pursuing a different creative avenue.
Speaking to Variety at San Diego Comic-Con in July, he discussed Momo, his graphic novel created with illustrator Ignacio Noé. John said he desired the freedom to craft his story without executive interference.
He stated, "I always thought [graphic novels] were the closest things to film, really."
John continued, "You're picking out shots; they're so cinematic."
The actor revealed he penned the story prior to enlisting Ignacio to produce the illustrations.
He clarified that both his narrative and the artist's artwork remained unedited by any third party, and the project "allowed him to develop his own ideas without having to negotiate how the story would ultimately be told."
