Kaia Gerber says she unknowingly joined Gal Gadot’s mocked 2020 “Imagine” pandemic video via a friend’s request.

She thought she was filming a birthday clip, only realizing the truth once the viral video dropped online.

The moment became her first-ever IMDb credit, one she says she’s finally made peace with.

Five years, one pandemic, and a permanently scarred IMDb page later, Kaia Gerber is finally setting the record straight.

The supermodel just admitted she had absolutely no idea she was signing up for Gal Gadot‘s infamous 2020 “Imagine” video (watch below) — arguably the single most mocked celebrity moment of quarantine.

Her story starts, as these things do, with a friend and zero due diligence.

A pal asked if she’d film a singalong; Kaia figured it was harmless, and she didn’t bother asking follow-up questions.

She assumed it was for someone’s birthday. She was staying with Cara Delevingne and Ashley Benson at the time, and nobody clocked the red flags.
