Lisa Rinna arrived at the MTV VMAs 2026 on September 27 showing off a major hair transformation.

The reality star wore an optical illusion naked dress that featured a corset molded to her body.

This marks Rinna’s first-ever time attending the show.

For her first-ever VMAs 2026 appearance, Lisa Rinna knew she had to arrive with a bang. The statement-maker pulled out all the stops as she walked the turquoise carpet at Los Angeles’s Peacock Theater on September 27.

Starting with her beauty look, the reality star ditched her dark brunette locks for a dramatic hair transformation by way of peroxide blonde strands. She styled her voluminous mullet messily tousled about. As for glam, Rinna took fans back to 2016 with a party girl-coded black smokey eye, dark eyeliner, bronzy cheeks, and glossy nude lips.

Rinna’s makeup offered quite the contrast to her Seks gown. The 63-year-old channeled her inner Grecian goddess in a white optical illusion naked dress, which featured a plunging corset that appeared to have been molded to her body, one off-the-shoulder sleeve, a draped waist, and a long trailing skirt with a daring hip-high slit. She added sky-high white platforms and diamond cluster earrings.

Awards season may have only just started, but Rinna is already having quite the run. She stepped out earlier this month at the 2026 Emmys with her husband of almost 20 years, Harry Hamlin. Then, she went the sartorial opposite route in a glittery black Lever Couture centerpiece that featured billowing, gravity-defying off-the-shoulder sleeves, a cinched corset, and a voluminous skirt with a thigh-high slit. She added black pointed-toe pumps and a diamond-and-sapphire necklace with a huge glittery pendant. Then, she wore her dark brown hair nice and sleek and finished everything off with rosy bombshell glam.

Hamlin cleaned up nice in an inky-black suit jacket that was slightly cropped, a crisp white button-down shirt, and oversize bow tie, baggy black trousers, and black shoes with a gum sole.
