Erich Bergen is ready to part ways with his New York City penthouse.
The Love Story actor, 40, who plays JFK Jr.'s cousin Anthony Radziwill on the hit FX series, has listed his 1,060-square-foot Harlem penthouse for $995,000. The property features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, while also overlooking a landscaped courtyard and surrounding city skyline.
McKenzie Ryan & Kate Caffrey of Douglas Elliman currently hold the listing. Ryan tells PEOPLE that the property is a New York City “dream” thanks to its ideal amenities and location.
“This penthouse perfectly captures the kind of lifestyle so many people dream about in New York — a modern, light-filled home with thoughtful design in one of the city’s most culturally rich neighborhoods,” she says.

She adds that “every detail” of the home is designed for comfort while also “embracing the vibrant creative energy that makes Harlem so special.”
The open layout connects the living and dining area to the kitchen, making it the perfect space for entertaining, while a split-bedroom layout offers privacy between the primary suite and second sleeping space.
In the primary suite, the spacious room gives residents the opportunity to add a seating or office area. It also boasts extensive closet space and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub.
Residents can also take advantage of the building’s lounge, fitness center and media room, as well as the furnished outdoor terraces with grilling areas that are spread out across two levels.

According to property records, the home was last sold for $1.1 million in 2017. It was later listed for $1.2 million in September 2024, but it was taken off the market in May 2025 after multiple price cuts. It was most recently listed for sale at its current price on March 12.

Bergen’s decision to list his home for sale comes as Ryan Murphy’s hit show Love Story continues to captivate audiences with its portrayal of John F. Kennedy Jr. and Carolyn Bessette’s real-life romance.
The actor, who portrays Anthony in the nine-episode limited series, recently opened up to PEOPLE about his role on the show and how he originally turned down the opportunity to audition for JFK Jr.

"They called me at first to audition for JFK Jr., and most of the time when Ryan Murphy wants me to audition for something, I'm saying yes no matter what it is,” he told PEOPLE. “But in this particular case, I was like, 'Yeah, I'm not your JFK.' I know that. And I mean, there's just not enough sit-ups in the world that I can do to get to the body that I need to have for JFK."

After he passed on the audition and thought it would be just “another opportunity missed to work with Ryan Murphy,” they later came back to him regarding the role of Anthony Radziwill. He then read the script for the first two episodes and quickly became “obsessed” despite his initial hesitation.

Not only was he drawn to the writing, but the Madam Secretary alum also found himself relating to the role on a personal level as a cancer survivor, since a big part of Radziwill’s story is his cancer diagnosis.
“Well, especially because he initially, even though it spread and changed, he initially had the same cancer that I had. His first thing was testicular cancer,” he told PEOPLE of his connection to the part.
“And when I first told my cancer story, and it was with you, my whole point was that I wanted to use the information I had to share it with others so that guys would go to doctors, because that's always been the thing,” he continued. “It's like, men just don't go to the doctors as much as women do, and checking for this stuff early is the way to save your life.”
