Mayci Neeley isnāt sure if MomTok can survive this.
On March 27, the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star, 31, took to Instagram amid a series of scandals involving her castmates ā including multiple domestic assault investigations naming Taylor Frankie Paul, Jessi Draperās pending divorce, recent reports that Draper had been spotted kissing a fellow cast memberās ex-husband and a production pause on the Hulu seriesā fifth season ā to acknowledge the drama.
āMomTok is burning, send helpšā Neeley captioned a video with Charli xcxās ominous song āHouse,ā adding the overlaid text, āHow it feels to be in MomTok right now.ā (āIām scared,ā wrote castmate and friend Whitney Leavitt in the comments.)
Since March 16 ā when multiple sources confirmed to PEOPLE that filming had stopped for Mormon Wives ā MomTok has been embroiled in controversy.
That day, Draper City Police Department confirmed to PEOPLE that there was an open "domestic assault investigation" involving Paul and her ex-boyfriend, Dakota Mortensen, with whom she shares 2-year-old son Ever. A spokesperson for the Utah police department said that "allegations have been made in both directions" and "contact was made with involved parties on [Feb.] 24 and 25."
Separately, the West Jordan Police Department opened another āactive domestic violence caseā involving Mortensen and Paul in February after Mortensen contacted the Utah police agency, a spokesperson for the department told PEOPLE on March 25. The spokesperson added that Mortensen had spoken to police in March for the investigation and had submitted video, which police believe is dated to āearly-to-mid 2024.ā
Paul was previously arrested in 2023 for alleged domestic violence, accused of throwing metal chairs at Mortensen while her then-5-year-old, Indy, was in the room ā but the case has garnered new scrutiny after a video of the altercation was published by TMZ on March 19. Hours after the release of the video ā showing Paul yelling, putting Mortensen in a headlock and throwing chairs at him while a child could be heard crying ā ABC cancelled Paulās already-filmed season of The Bachelorette, only three days before it was set to premiere.
(A rep for Paul previously told PEOPLE the video "conveniently omits context" and called its release a "reprehensible attempt [by Mortensen] to distract from his own behavior." Mortensen responded in his own statement to PEOPLE, writing, "I am, unfortunately, used to these baseless claims about me and our relationship, which I categorically deny." With regard to the 2023 incident, Paul pleaded guilty in abeyance to aggravated assault and the other charges were dropped.)
Mortensen also filed for a protective order against Paul on March 19, and a hearing has been set for April 7.

Amid nonstop headlines surrounding Paulās legal troubles, Draperās husband Jordan Ngatikaura filed for divorce on March 19, telling PEOPLE in a statement after the filing, "While our paths are now moving in different directions, my priority remains my children and ensuring they feel loved, supported, and protected through this transition. I am committed to handling this next chapter with kindness and respect." (The pair share kids Jagger, 5, and Jovi, 3.)

The following day, Ngatikaura filed for a restraining order against Draper, which Draper opposed the same day.
Draper spoke out for the first time after Ngatikauraās filing on an episode of Call Her Daddy, released on March 25, claiming that she had learned of her estranged husbandās divorce filing from TMZ. The reality TV star also alleged that she was subjected to āemotional abuseā during their marriage, that Ngatikaura was frequently critical of her parenting, time management and how she cleaned the house, claiming he wanted her to "start doing Pilates every single dayā and that he wanted them to embrace more "traditional gender roles."
Ngatikaura has not commented to PEOPLE about Draperās latest claims regarding his divorce filing or emotional abuse during their relationship. He previously told PEOPLE in November ā responding to claims she had made then that he was emotionally abusive during their relationship ā that he took āfull accountability for the pain I caused Jessi during our marriage.ā
On March 26, reports emerged that Draper and Chase McWhorter ā the ex-husband of Mormon Wives cast member Miranda Hope ā had recently been spotted kissing at a party. In a post to her Instagram Stories on March 26, Hope addressed the rumors by posting a note Draper sent apologizing.

"I completely understand you being upset with me but wanted to send you a little something to let you know I'm thinking about you and I am so, so sorry. Jessi," the letter from Jessi read, which was signed āJessiā and was accompanied by flowers.
Hope also shared a video on Instagram later that day with the overlaid text āGRWM while I process my friend group being a waiting room for my ex-husbandš«¶ā and the caption āitās not even a betrayal at this point, itās a tradition š„°š„°ā

Sources previously told PEOPLE that the Mormon Wives production pause came after members of the cast refused to work with Paul amid the open domestic violence investigations.
They all banded together and they donāt want to come back right now," said a source close to production. āThey were just getting tired of Taylor, honestly."
Added a source close to the cast: "None of the women want to be associated with her.ā
