Nicole Kidman, 59, was spotted in Portofino, Italy, with private equity investor Michael Reinstein.
The Practical Magic 2 actress wore a silky lace camisole and a matching skirt while chatting with Reinstein at a hotel following a recent yacht trip.
Kidman and Keith Urban finalized their divorce in January after 19 years of marriage.
Nicole Kidman’s vacation itinerary is stacked. On July 16, Kidman, 59, was spotted on a yacht ride across the Italian Riviera to celebrate her sister Antonia’s 55th birthday. In photos obtained a few days later by Page Six, Kidman was seen chatting with private equity investor Michael Reinstein on the balcony of her hotel in Portofino, Italy. The sighting comes seven months after Kidman finalized her divorce from her ex-husband, Keith Urban.
Reinstein is the founder and chair of Regent, a global private equity firm that specializes in various business sectors, including technology, media, retail, and luxury goods. In the snaps, Reinstein and Kidman were spotted standing close to each other and chatting with smiles on their faces. Reinstein wore sunglasses and a dark blue shirt over matching shorts, while Kidman opted for a satin camisole with a lace hem and a coordinating skirt.

On June 20, Kidman celebrated her own birthday by soaking up the sun on a mountain top, according to a photo on her Instagram account. “Another trip around the sun,” the Practical Magic 2 actress wrote, adding a sun and yellow heart emoji. “Thank you for all the birthday love xx #summersolsticebaby.”

In honor of Kidman’s 59th birthday, Urban gave his ex-wife a surprise shoutout on his Instagram Stories. “Happy birthday, Nicole Mary!!!!!!!!!!!!” Urban wrote against an blue-and-purple ombré background, referencing Kidman’s middle name.

While Urban has kept quiet about his romantic life following the divorce, rumors have been circulating regarding the country singer’s dating status. On January 18, Urban took to his Instagram Stories to address speculation surrounding his potential involvement with fellow country singer Karley Scott Collins, per People. “yall, this is absolutely RIDICULOUS and untrue,” he wrote.
Urban and Kidman continue to prioritize co-parenting their two daughters, 17-year-old Sunday Rose Kidman Urban and 15-year-old Faith Margaret Kidman Urban. The mom of four also shares 33-year-old Bella Kidman Cruise and 31-year-old Connor Cruise with her ex-husband Tom Cruise.
