Nina Dobrev stunned in a strapless corset dress with a sheer, feather-trimmed skirt.
Dobrev wore the dress on the red carpet at the 2026 Taormina Film Festival, where she premiered her short film General Admission, in Italy on June 13.
She styled the outfit with strappy iridescent heels and diamond jewelry.
Nina Dobrev put an unexpected—yet breathtaking—spin on the bridal trend on Saturday. While attending the 2026 Taormina Film Festival in Italy, the The Get Out actress walked the red carpet in a strapless corset dress dripping in feathers and rhinestones.
The sleeveless dress—a custom piece made by One/Of by Patricia Voto—featured a fitted bodice with a floral jacquard base, boasting delicate green vines and flowers of all sizes in vibrant shades of blue, pink, and yellow. The bridal-inspired silhouette may have seemed simple from afar, but up close, the feather appliqués added an unexpected air of drama to the design.
At the mid-thigh, the fabric shifted to a sheer tulle covered in feathery pink tassels that blew in every direction as Dobrev breezed down the red carpet. The intricate embellishment continued up the bodice of the dress, giving the entire look a textured finish.

She styled the dress with silver heeled sandals that created an iridescent effect under the overhead lights, mirroring the luster of the rhinestones dotting her floor-length skirt. As a final touch, Dobrev added a pair of glittering, diamond-encrusted earrings, which shone beautifully beneath her dark brown waves. Her glam team kept her makeup light with a rosy pink lip and matching blush and eyeshadow.

During the red carpet, Dobrev also stopped to pose with her The Get Out costars, Aaron Paul, Russell Crowe, and Daniel Zovatto. While Crowe and Zovatto opted for classic black suits at the event, Paul donned a tan suit with a pinstripe finish.
While attending a photo call later in the day, Dobrev swapped her shimmering gown for a more minimalistic cape dress in gray. The off-the-shoulder design featured a flowing cape that dropped down past her waist and created the illusion of sleeves. Dobrev styled the dress with strappy white heeled sandals and diamond jewelry. For her hair and makeup, she opted for a refresh of her look earlier in the day.

On June 5, Dobrev debuted her short film General Admission—which she produced and starred in—at the festival. The comedy-drama follows a woman who joins a support group in an attempt to move past her cheating ex, and ends up delving deeper into her insecurities than she intended. For the premiere, Dobrev wore a silky white slip dress with spaghetti straps. She layered the look over a peekaboo lace bra in black, and styled the outfit with strappy heels that showed off a matching black pedicure.
