Princess Beatrice was photographed after missing the Royal Enclosure at Ascot.
Beatrice, 37, was noticeably absent from the Royal Ascot horse races, which took place from June 16 to June 20 in Berkshire, England. She was photographed on Thursday, June 25, walking around the Mayfair neighborhood of London.
As a historic heat wave hit England and Europe, the princess was photographed in a Cefinn Studio Alice Belted Midi Dress in green-and-white stripes, and Rothy's Black Pointed Mary Jane flats.

Although Beatrice did not attend the horse races, Kate Middleton and Prince Williamattended the second day on June 17, and King Charles and Queen Camillaattended on the third day.
In addition to the King and Queen's presence on June 18, Princess Anne, Prince Edward, Sophie, the Duchess of Edinburgh, and Zara Tindall were also in attendance.

Royal Ascot is a special week of races on Ascot's calendar and has been a social staple for the royal family's summer calendar for generations. The King and Queen's appearance follows the late Queen Elizabeth's tradition of supporting Royal Ascot, who had 24 of her racehorses win at Ascot during her record 70-year reign.
Days before the festivities, the royal family hosted the annual Trooping the Colour on June 13, a celebration of the British monarch's birthday, held in London.
While several members of the royal family attended the celebration, Beatrice and her sister, Princess Eugenie, did not; instead, they attended a friend's wedding in Austria. Beatrice and Eugenie, 36, were photographed outside St. Charles's Church in Vienna on Saturday, alongside their husbands and children, per local outlet Kronen Zeitung.

Beatrice and her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, share daughters Sienna, 4, and Athena, 1, and she is also a stepmom to 10-year-old Christopher "Wolfie" Woolf, her husband's son from a previous relationship.
Eugenie and husband Jack Brooksbank share two sons, August, 5, and Ernest, 2, and are expecting their third child.
