Prince Harry could reportedly use Queen Camilla’s absence as an opportunity to repair his strained relationship with his father, King Charles. According to reports, the Palace is concerned that the Duke of Sussex may attempt to meet with the monarch while Camilla is away on vacation with friends. With Charles left at Balmoral, Harry could see the Queen’s absence as the perfect chance to have a private conversation with his father.

Insider claims Queen Camilla’s absence could give Prince Harry a clearer path to King Charles

As per Rob Shuter, the Palace is keenly watching Prince Harry’s next move as Queen Camilla is away on vacation. This leaves King Charles alone at Balmoral, and the Duke of Sussex may seize this chance to make amends with his father.

As reported in Stuter’s Naughty But Nice Substack, Harry is aware that his father is fond of him despite everything that has transpired over the years. And the Duke of Sussex is positive that he will be able to have a heartfelt conversation with Charles if he is away from all the palace noise.

A palace source said: “Harry knows exactly when his father is most vulnerable. Camilla being away removes one of the strongest voices telling Charles to think carefully before responding.”

It is no secret that Charles takes Camilla’s words seriously and that her presence matters a lot in his life. The Queen Consort was reportedly present when the Sussexes had a private reunion at the monarch’s Highgrove House residence on July 10.

Reports suggest that Charles had insisted that Camilla be present to supervise the reunion. Now, with the Queen out of the picture, Harry is reportedly hopeful to strike up a one-on-one conversation with his father.

The source dished: “Harry understands his father emotionally. He knows Charles misses him, and he knows that underneath all the anger, the King wants his son back.”

The Duke of Sussex reportedly doesn’t need to take an extraordinary step. One wholesome phone call with his father could make his path to reconciliation clear.

The source further explained: “Charles can be incredibly firm as King, but Harry knows how to reach Charles as a father. That is the vulnerability.”
