It’s a Cyrus Christmas!
In the latest episode of the Sorry We’re Cyrus podcast, hosted by Tish and Brandi Cyrus, Tish shared her plans for this holiday season with her husband, actor Dominic Purcell.
With nine children combined (Tish has five and Dominic has four), Tish said she is excited for her blended family to come together. "The more the merrier — I just love everyone being together," Tish noted, though she mentioned she’s not sure who will be able to make it for Christmas this year.
"I absolutely love Christmas and love the holidays," Tish said. "But it keeps looking different every year. It gets a little harder, I think, when the kids are older and everybody’s got different families that they have to be with for the holidays."

“It was so much fun when the kids were little. Five kids and they're all super young and it was just such a magical time,” she recalled. “My mom was always with us, and it was just so great.”
The Cyrus matriarch shared that although she doesn’t know if Brandi, Trace and Braison will be in town for the holidays, Miley and Noah will celebrate Christmas with her and Dominic.
"[It] is always really, really tough for me," Tish said. "I really miss just everybody being together at once. But again, they have significant others now, and it’s kind of like this juggle."
She continued, "But definitely we all get together, whoever’s in town, and we cook together and have Christmas dinner and open presents, just like everyone else."
"You know what makes it really great? Is getting stoned," she added with a laugh.

Elsewhere in the podcast, Tish answered the listener-submitted question, "Who in the family should not be allowed near the kitchen during the holidays because of a disastrous cooking memory?" To which Tish responded, "That would be Miley."
Tish recalled one bloody Christmas when Miley nearly cut "her entire finger off" with a hand-held mixer while heating up her homemade cauliflower mash.
"Blood was going everywhere, and I mean everywhere," she explained. "We looked rough ‘cause we were just cooking and stuff and we had to rush her to the emergency room."
She continued, "They had to sew it back on. And my mother, who wants you to look great at all times. We got ready to run out to the emergency room, she was like, ‘Miley, aren’t you going to put any makeup on?'"
"It was so funny. [Miley] was like, ‘No, Mammie. My finger’s falling off. I am not going to put any makeup on,'" Tish said. "So, we spent that [Christmas] in the emergency room, getting Miley’s finger literally sewn back on."
