Ariana Grande won't be making an appearance at tonight's 2026 Actor Awards — previously known as the SAG Awards — for good reason.

Despite the actress snagging an Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role nomination for her performance in Wicked: For Good, she won't be in person to learn whether she wins or loses because she's rehearsing for her upcoming tour, Entertainment Weekly confirmed. The Grammy winner's highly anticipated Eternal Sunshine Tour is set to officially kick off in June, taking her across North America and the U.K.

It will mark the "7 Rings" singer's return to the stage for the first time in six years following her Sweetener World Tour in 2019.

The tour is an important one for Grande and her fans, since the singer has previously alluded to it being her last one in the foreseeable future. During an appearance on Amy Poehler's Good Hang podcast in November, Grande told the Parks and Recreation alum that the upcoming tour was "going to be beautiful and I'm so grateful ...I think that's why I'm doing it because I'm like, 'One last hurrah.' For now." She added that another tour "might not happen again for a long, long, long, long time."

"I think the last 10 to 15 years will look very different to the ones that are coming up," Grande said at the time.

While it may seem like Grande is coming off the busiest year of her career, the singer and actress actually has more acting roles, on screen and on the stage, coming down the pipeline. Not only is Grande set to star in Ben Stiller's Focker In-Law comedy sequel, she's also reuniting with Wicked costar Jonathan Bailey for a revival of the musical Sunday in the Park with George in London. She'll also lend her voice to Wicked director Jon M. Chu's animated Dr. Seuss film Oh, the Places You'll Go! and appear in the next season of Ryan Murphy's American Horror Story.

This is the second year that Grande earned the Actor Award nod for Supporting Actress; she also earned nominations for her performance in the Wicked sequel at the Critics Choice Awards and Golden Globe Awards. However, both she and costar Cynthia Erivo were absent among nominees at the BAFTA Awards and the Oscars.

But Grande didn't let any snubs dim her excitement over her being recognized by her peers. "Thank you so much for this tremendous honor @actorawards @sagaftra, for recognizing this performance a second year in a row, and for including me in this group of magnificent women," she wrote in an Instagram Story after Actor Award nominations were announced. "I'm so so moved thank you... I adore being part of this community and this acknowledgement means more than words can say."
